Transfer Fee
A "Transfer fee" covers all costs Rayburn Village Association (RVA) will incur when transferring the ownership records from the seller to the buyer. These are charges associated with researching, preparing, distributing documents, updating owner information, and other administrative costs.
It is the policy of RVA to require a Transfer Fee for each property within RVA that has a change of ownership. This fee is typically collected during the closing and remitted to RVA on behalf of the new homeowner. If the transfer fee is not collected at closing, it will be the responsibility of the new property owner to pay the transfer fee.

Transfer Fee schedule;
- Per lot, $125.00
The Transfer Fee will be applied to each lot involved in the sale.
