The Purpose of the ACC
The governing documents, Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Architectural Control Guidelines of the Rayburn Village Association (RVA) empower the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review all proposed new builds and improvements to property within the community.
No new home construction, additions, modifications, or improvement project shall not commence until written approval has been granted in writing. See Rayburn Village Association Architectural Guidelines for additional information. This publication is intended as the official Rayburn Village Association guide and information resource for property owners and their contractors or consultants.
Failure to comply can result in assessment violation fees and legal consequences, including restoration of your property to its original appearance.
Overview
To provide information to potential property owners, contractors, and existing property owners when considering changes/improvements to buildings or property with Rayburn Village Association, property owners should review the ACC Guidelines relevant to their section for the considered changes/improvements. Before initiating any changes/improvements, the property owner must submit a request for approval to the ACC in accordance with the ACC Guidelines. Construction or improvements should not begin until the property owner has received ACC written approval.
