Welcome to Rayburn Village Association! You are a member of the Association if you own a lot, condo, or home in one of sections 1 - 5. As a member, it is your right and duty to vote at the annual meeting, which is held on any Saturday from March 1st - March 15th at 2:00 pm, to fill open seats on the board of directors.

The Board of Directors
Board members are homeowners like you! The Board of Directors meets every month on the 3rd Monday of that month to make decisions and effectively communicate with the members of Rayburn Village Association. All meetings Board of Director meetings are announced on this site and via email to those members who have registered an email via the website.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members are volunteers and homeowners like you. The ACC members meet on the 3rd Monday of each month, and the ACC will review and issue decisions on submitted permits during the meeting.

Annual Assessments (Dues)
Annual assessments, also known as homeowner's association dues, are levied annually and are due by July 1st. Current rates are shown below;
- Section 1: $100.00 per lot
- Section 2: $100.00 per lot
- Section 2A: $100.00 per lot
- Section 3: $90.00 per lot
- Section 4: $90.00 per lot
- Section 5: $100.00 per lot
- Sec. A Condos: $100.00 per unit
A late charge of $35.00 per lot will be assessed on delinquent payments.
