An HOA's governing documents include Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and additional rules and regulations.
Here you will find Rayburn Village Association's (RVA) governing documents with a general overview of the purpose of each document.
Articles of Incorporation
RVA Articles of Incorporation; November 1965 (Original Version)
Articles of Incorporation, also called a Certificate of Formation, is paperwork filed by the Texas Secretary of State to establish the HOA as a legal entity formally. This document will contain basic information about an HOA, including name, location, and purpose.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
ACC Guidelines (with permit application package)
ACC guidelines provide property owners with specifics on what type of build, modification, or improvements are permitted in Rayburn Village Association. The guidelines are designed to maintain property values and the community's aesthetics.
Construction or improvements should not begin until the property owner has received ACC written approval.
