Welcome to Rayburn Village Association (RVA), a community located in deep East Texas near Brookeland, TX (Jasper County). A friendly community ready to welcome you, Rayburn Village is a lake and resort community comprised of over 300 lots and 258 single-family homes. We have an entire recreation area with a pool and playground. The recreation area is located along the side of beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn! Lake Sam Rayburn is the largest man-made lake in Texas, with a surface area of 114,500 acres and 750 miles of shoreline. Sam Rayburn is known for its excellent fishing and annually hosts several large fishing tournaments. In addition to the lake, Rayburn Village is surrounded by the Sabine and Angelina National Forests. With all the outdoor resources available, the recreational activities are numerous such as boating, fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, hiking, and camping.
