Annual Property Owner Meeting
Saturday, March 16th, 2024, 2pm at Rayburn Baptist Church
TO ALL MEMBERS:
The Rayburn Village Association (RVA) and Rayburn Country Improvement Association (RCIA) will hold their Annual Meeting on the date, time, and location specified below:
PLACE OF MEETING: Rayburn Baptist Church 156 Parkside Loop Brookeland, TX 75931
DATE OF MEETING: Saturday, March 16, 2024
TIME OF MEETING: 2:00 PM
You are given notice that an election will be held for Board of Directors positions for Sections 2 and 4. Only Property Owners who are current with their dues may vote.
The current candidates list is as follows:
Section 2: Ricky Getzlaff
Section 4: Bruce Parker
You are further informed that reports will be presented concerning RVA Financials, Architecture Control Committee, Pool and Park Projects, and other business that may come before the Assembly for a vote.
If you are unable to attend, please return the enclosed Proxy Card by March 8, 2024. Provide us with current contact information if your information has changed so that we may update our database. Be sure to take a moment to return the Proxy Card by the due date.
